CEO of WI.Plat, Mr. SangHoon Cha delivered a pitch for the Imagine H2O Asia Startup Demo Day program of the SIWW 2022 which was held from April 18 to 22 at the Sands Expo & Convention Center, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

The Demo Day program is a water innovation showcase for the Asian-pacific region.
The program started with the panel discussion on a new wave of technology enterpreneurs building solutions for the water and climate crisis. 12 Imagine H2O Asia cohorts 3 delivered the pitch to the attended organizations and delegates of SIWW2022 and the exhibition.

It was announced that WI.Plat had received honorable recognition from ADB officials and Imagine H2O Asia Advisors. We appreciate such a big attention and highly honored by the recognition.
Hope WI.Plat could give great contribution to regional/worldwide water and climate crisis in the future wide.

WI.Plat participated in the Korea Public Procurement Expo 2022(KOPPEX 2022) which was held for start-up companies to develop public channels.
In this exhibition held at Ilsan KINTEX exhibition hall, a public purchasing consultation was also held in which 127 large corporations and public institutions participated.
It was a good opportunity to introduce WI.Plat to various buyers and demanding institutions.

WI.Plat participated in the 30th Water Management Symposium & Exhibition hosted and organized by the Environmental Times from March 16th ~ 18th, 2022. At the exhibition which was held at the Jeju International Convention Center, we were able to meet various water-related companies under the theme of advanced water leak management for carbon neutrality and ways to revitalize the water industry. Thank you.

The new management plans for the year 2022 were shared by Mr. Cha, the president of WI.Plat.
And “New Business Item Idea Contest” was held and all the members of WI.Plat participated divided in to 3 teams.
It was a great moment for all of WI.Plat members to share thoughts and ideas and face to face. Even though it was from the screen:)
WI.Plat will continue the digital innovation for our solution to solve global problems.

CTS Program: Supporting Innovative ODA Projects Since 2015

Since 2015, KOICA has been helping the 3rd world countries through the CTS Program (Innovative Technology Program), a new official development assistance (ODA) project that solves problems such as medical, education, and energy by combining the ideas and technologies of startup entrepreneurs and has been discovered and nurtured many startups.

After completing the Seed 0 project of the CTS program, WI.Plat has been conducting the ‘Development and delivery of sustainable intelligent water leak management platform for water resource management in Indonesia’ for the Seed 1 Project.

It is an honor to attend the ‘CTS Innovation Day’ held for the first time in 3 years since 2018. Next year, WI.Plat will work harder to introduce our business model for the same event, bearing good fruit from Seed 0 to Seed 2.
